One month ago paid $1500 for ring. According to your employees you normally ship in 3-4 days. Numerous phone calls[2 to mr Bond] has done nothing except give me the run around, Promised me delivery last week, no ring. Mr Bond promising to look into it and call back, no call. Taken enjoyment and turned it to frustration and very unhappy customer.
