Will make sure to file complaints to every agency that I can, educate consumers to file law suits against them so the can go out of business, also attack Citibank because you keep giving them business even that you know they are violating rules and harassing your own customers, I contacted your rep in Saint Agusting, Fl and his voice mail is full or don't respond to voice mails, I guess is because the vice president of UCB is giving him something like she does to every other person including the owner. Nobody in that company knows about FDCPA, or mini Miranda, or the privacy act, those are Federal Rules and could create big problems if under investigation, disclosing personal information to others. You got convicts working in that company, how do I know I used to work there for two years and what I saw, from an employee calling a bomb thread, another employee threat with my life, people coming to work drunk and leaving messages to consumers. No order in that company, very unprofessional, from the director that if you ask him where he worked before or even if he has any legal background, the answer is no. That field is not for everyone to do. Citibanks name is being repented and I guesstill the moment they don't care because they keep getting accounts, as long as Citi keep getting money they don't care how UCB gets it, but I will make sure to teach people how to get to the and if not after Citi. Just got in contact directly with FDCPA and will do so every day till they get a fine or suspension of license, every call is supposed to be recorded and I have some very good dates and times of the worst violations listed on FDCPA Law done by that company, and was done by supposed to be the best collectors of the company.
