Discount Tire Plano Texas off the Tollway. Went in for tire out of balance they told me the steel belts were seperating and I should replace the tire... Discussed tires and price and I left. Called told them I would be in the next day to purchase the tires we had discussed. This time a different person was helping me and he said " just a minute I need to look at that vehicle" he came back and said the tires that were discussed the day before would not work and he tried to sell me a more expensive set of tires.
