Douglas Tires Keep Developing Separated Belts

I have purchased tire after tire and I only do highway miles approx, 200 miles a week and I continually have the same problem the belts keep separating these tires have been nothing but junk and Walmart does not stand behind this product if you purchase these tires you have a better chance of hitting the lotto
