Was sold bad tires

BUYER BEWARE OF TIRE PALACEI purchased 4 tires from Tire Palace for $150.00. He sold me four different tires makes, models etc. And told me it did not matter if the tread on the tires did not match it would not affect the driveability of my car. WRONG it has everything to do with the driveability! I could not keep my car on the road! My four bald tires worked better than those I bought from Tire Palace! The next day when I went to work I could hardly keep my vehicle on the road it was all over the place the tires seem to be devective and he refused to give any compensation back at all we were even willing to work with him. He does not have any customer service skills at all and could care a less how he treats people and does not care if he sells defective mercahdise! It's your problem now he says NO REFUNDS! We went up the street to another tire dealer to try and sell the tires and they said they would never buy any tire from that shop he has had too many customers come to him with complaints of bad tires being sold to them and than he would refuse to make good with his customers. I had to go buy four new tires which did not cost much less than the used tires! I paid $37.50 at Tire Palace for a used tire and than paid $40.00 At Discount Tires for a NEW tire! I work two jobs and work very hard to make ends meet and than have to deal with dishonest consumers out there purposely taking advantage of anyone who comes along. I'm told there are several complaints against this company filed with the city of Jacksonville, Florida. I'm not sure if this is true but I sure would not doubt it! I will try and do further investigation on this to be sure and post it again if so! Buyer beware tire palace
