Inc. Rip-off employer! They fudged records. No training!

At hire, they promise delivery drivers core bonus for returning transmission cores. Sounds good. What they don't tell drivers is that it's cores returned that are above and beyond the cores actually delivered. So there are no extra cores. X amount are delivered and there are only X amount to be picked up unless a driver takes cores another driver delivered or steals another company's cores.

Didn't pay me all my overtime. I sued WPI in Small Claims Court and won over this little matter. Fudged records. They actually prepared a fraudulent core record to take to court. They had me working before I was even hired and delivering cores a week after I quit...! Zero training program - drivers programmed to fail. Day one they handed me a pad of forms and said, "Go".
