RHINO ENGINES - Returned my old engine and transmission and they will not return my core deposit

I ordered an engine and transmission for a 01' Ford Explorer Sport Trac in June from Rhino Engines. I did the engine swap in my driveway and immediately called to have my cores picked up.
They immediately picked up the engine but it took about 3-4 weeks and numerous phone calls to get them to pickup the transmission. It is now 2009 and I have not received my core deposits totaling about $1000.00.
I have made untold amounts of phone calls and sent numerous emails and only once, about two months ago did I receive a call back. I was told I was due 100% of my core deposit and the reason it had taken so long was because the accounting was more setup to businesses and not individuals. But that I should see my refund any day.
Since then I have left more voicemails but today the box was full and would not allow me to leave another.in the last week the website will only display the homepage no matter what link you try, the fax number I have is disconnected, the email for my salesman no longer works and the emails they once had accessible from their website come back undeliverable.
If by chance anyone is about to send them money for an engine or transmission, STOP they are going out of business and will not return your money!
