Ripoff, low wages, no help, too much to list

I currently work at Lowes for now and currently for somewhere else to work. I used to be a loader there for 3 years, I was by myself as the only loader for that store for just over a year straight until I was moved to stocking crew about a month ago.

When my raise came back in March, I received the usual quarter plus to show their thanks an extra 4 cents more an hour. So I am worth an extra 4 cents. I was so mad I almost called HR.

Now we have a new store manager and he stated that all freight will be of the truck in 2 hours and all freight will be up by 9:00 am. We arrive at 3:00 A.M. And there are only 5 of us. We have a few choice words for this new manager and his ideas. We get about 2-3 trucks a week, where are we supposed to get the rest of our 40 hours? Also the kicker, I was sent to another store to clean it up a little, I worked my 40 plus 20 hours overtime, and it took them 8 weeks to get me my overtime money. My expenses check showed in half that time and it was my first expense report.

There is no excuse and I will never forgive Lowes for this serious rip off.
