I am still waiting for paypal to refund my payment to this seller since 3/27. I'm beginning to think that paypal is a big part of this scam not being stopped. They float or kite people's money to make interest and by not shutting this scam down they collect more interest by holding people's funds. This scam site has been up and running since February and the merchant only accepts paypal. If this merchant is still scamming people there is no other reason for paypal to allow him to continue unless they are doing it to kite people's money for the purpose of collecting interest on it. Paypal does this kind of thing all the time.
