$1000 Held for Another 35 Days During the Holidays

PayPal is holding $1000.00 of my money, which prevents me from shipping out items promptly, and they use that as an excuse to continue holding my money. I created a petition to get this stopped immediately. It is the holidays, and I am unable to go shopping for my friends and family because of this. They also informed me yesterday that they plan to hold on to it for another 35 days, and maybe hopefully they will let me have MY money back.
This is a crime. They are holding funds and collecting massive amounts of interest off of us. This is not right, and this needs to be stopped!
