Yelled at by software support rep - Dell Studio 17 Laptop

Today, I was yelled at by a software support rep from Dell as when he told me that they had shipped an item to me in March of and I explained I was out of the country in march and it was not until I began to get extremely concerned that someone else had my information that I was taken seriously. I don't get it.
