A lady called me four months ago about lowering my payments, I sent her an email and she also text me the agreement to my cell phone. Four months later a sheriff comes to my house saying I am being sued by these people. After I contacted them, they had no knowledge of the agreement or did they care. I showed them proof and the lady Stephanie just said "oh, I know who you talked to but there is nothing we can do about it." They added on $1000.00 for attorney fees on top of the $1500 balance that I have been having for years. Someone is taking that money. This is the worse customer service I have ever had. This business deserves to be shut down and I am going to sue as well.
