I had an issue with a payment going through and needed to talk to Financial Services. I got a lady named Mary twice who during the first call talked over me, wouldn't listen to me, then I asked to be transferred to someone else in her department she transferred me to Customer Services. The Customer Service agent called Financial Services again and again got Mary. This time she disconnected the call! I'm wondering how many other customers she has done this to?
I don't know about other customers but when I call in for help I genuinely need help and expect it.
I called in a 3rd time and got a really good Customer Service agent who helped me so I'm still a satisfied customer although I'm considering other companies when my user agreement is up.
