Insurance Fraud

I received a letter from Lendmark stating they had tried to reach me regarding my car payment which I thought the involuntary unemployment was paying my car not while I was unemployed. My job shuts down during the summer months while school is out. I found out that clause is in my contract and that I pay for that insurance with my car payment. So when I became unemployed I was told I needed to bring proof of umemployment which was no fault of my own. Well, because of a law recently passed that anyone working for school system would not receive any unemployment. So I was getting nothing. I contacted Lendmark in Columbus, GA, to talk to someone about my payments and the insurance. The manager took the phone and start yelling and threatening me about my payment and saying they refuse to process my insurance because I did not bring them any more paperwork about my unemployment and that my payments were now 3 months behind, then to top it off she hung up in my face. I tried to explain to the manager I had nothing to bring because myself and others have been fighting to get paid. Just this week the federal government ordered the state of Georgia to pay us which is great. I need my vehicle to get to my job. Before my job changed and I started working with the school system I was on time with my payments for almost two years and when things start going down hill this company treats it's customer with so much disrepect. I feel that this is a violation of my contract because in the clause it states I need to show proof of involuntary unemployment and I did that 3 months ago. I need help with this ASAP. If i don't take a payment tomorrow she has threaten to make me walk in her own words. This is very unprofessional and needs to be handled by upper management. I want to speak with someone in the corporate office tomorrow morning. They can send me an email how to contact them, please. Thank You
