Unfair Practices

I just got off the phone with these people, and was belittled because "no one else is behind on their payments." However in this economy I doubt that is the case and I didn't even know I was behind in my payments because it is not documented anywhere! All I know is that my principal doesn't go down! We will see what the Judge says about this!
