Premium Advantage
Major rip-off! Straight up lied to me! Took 300 from my account & all i recieved were junk!

I did authorize a withdrawal from my account june 1st for $300.00 thinking i was going to recieve a platinum credit card with 5,000 spending limit and 0% interest for the first 2 years and 3% the rest! Well after almost 2 months waiting i recieved a package full of junk and all the way in the bottom a application form for a gold membership with a $72.00 spending limit after all the charges! And the card had a 9.9% interest rate!

When calling that credit card co. They had no idea of my payment of $300.00 and had nothing to do with premium advantage! So next i called premium advantage itself and they were very rude telling me i had to write a request stating i wanted my money back so that's exactly what i did. I waited about 2 weeks after that and called them back for my status and they simply told me my request was denied because they had me on a recording!

I did follow your directions about contacting my bank & they were not a big help at all telling me, since i authorized it, it was not fraud. But i do not think i was assertive enough. I'm going back today and demanding them to help me! I am not letting premium advantage get away with this, no way! I wrote them another letter requesting a copy of this recording they have of me and threatened them with the media.

I'm so upset & it is barbaric to me how they lie & steal from people, especially by targeting the people that need money the most is just plain out unlawful and i can't believe they are even allowed to do this! Thanks for listening to my problem & thanks a billion for your assistance & helpful hints, i would be lost without you guys!!!
