Premium advantage major rip off! Straight up lied to me! Took 300 from me & all i recieved was junk! LIERS unsecured credit with a balance of 5,000 limit

I was offered a unsecured credit with a balance of 5,000 limit, if only I send a one time fee of $299.00. I was kind of scaptacle about the offer, the representative named kathey novak, kept trying to convince me that this was a once in a life time offer i couldn't refuse. So, at first I told her no to this offer, and I told her that this sound to good to be true, then I did authorize the withdrawal from amy account April 7 for $299.00, thinking I was going to receive a platinum credit card with a 5, ooo credit limit and 0% interest rate for the first two years and 3% the rest.

Well after two months of waiting, I recieved a package full of junk and all the way at the bottom a application form for a Gold Master membership with a $72.00 spent limit, and also another fee for a proceesing fee of 35.00, and the card had a 9.9% interest rate.

When calling that credit co. They no idea of my payment of $300.00 and had nothing to do with premium Advantage! So next I called Premium Advantage itself and they very rude, telling me I had to write them a request stating why I wanted me money back, so that's exactly what I did. I waited about two to three weeks, no response, so I called them back and they told me that they hadn't recieved anything from me, and I know I send them this lettter. I called many more times and the last time I called to a kathey Novak she told me that I wasn't going to get my money back, so I should stop calling her, she told me that I should have been a little more careful when I give my money away.

I was furious at her, and I told her that I was going to get me a lawyer, she told me that she didn't care, that she didn't do any thing wrong, I told her that she took my money and did not rendered the services she offered, and she said so.

Thanks for listening to my problem, thanks a billion for your assistance, but in the mean while I will be getting a police report on this company.
