We have never advertised in local telephone book. The Local US Pages never sent us a bill and now A.C.A. Has sent a collection letter for $774.95 for something we didn't request. Two years ago A.C.A. Tried to scam us for a listing in Yellow Pages which we did not request. They say to call Mr. Cutler again, and there is no Mr. Cutler. They sent the notice to my office to an employee who has been gone for two years. A.C.A. Recorded a phone call with my ex-receptionist. All she did was confirm our company information and not at one point did she agree to service. A.C.A., when I spoke with their extremely rude rep, said that "even if the janitor answered the phone and confirmed service, was a binding contract". My attorney strongly disagrees.

Someone needs to stop this scam of a company
