Ripoff scam yellow pages

This Company called Yellow Pages of Carrollton, Tx is a total Scam. They sent me a letter after my Company moved to a new location in a new city, just after we received new phone numbers. (They must have got our new phone number listing from our real phone company). I thought this was a free listing from my local Yellow Pages. But I found out later that it is "A" not a listing for our local Yellow Pages book and "B" that this is a on line scam with no Web location even listed that I can find. They are calling me and sending me bills for $298.00. The collection company has 3 names on the letter head, this is to fool you into believing that they are a law firm. They list Fed Tax ID # of 71-090174 this number does not show up as being issued. They also have on the paper work that I signed that they will renew your subscription every year, what this means is that unless you tell them to stop your subscription they are going to continue to send you a bill for $298.00 every year. They can kiss my ass before I send then one dime. If they keep up the BS I will file a law suit with damages resulting in lost sales due to not having a listing in my local Yellow Pages.
