Fraudulent collection notice

Obtained a notice from A.C.A. Restoration, Inc. Declaring that my bill from Local Yellow Pages Online have been switched to them for selection. I never approved any company from Local Yellow Pages. Linda Banks from A.C.A. Said she'd a recording of my supervisor permitting the support. The recording they (Local Yellow Pages Online) have is actually anex salesperson accepting to simply accept a duplicate of the bill which we'd never obtained. We were calling the organization after getting a phone from their store about intended funds that people owed. We were requesting a duplicate of the bill to ensure that we're able to consider it. The only real individual licensed to agreement for almost any providers may be the operator and never every other employee. I named our ex salesperson and he or she stated she never approved something as she realized she didn't possess the expert. This collection company statements I owe over $604.95. I've never obtained a statement from Local Yellow Pages that I'm conscious of or I'd have definately questioned it in those days. I'm going right through authorized programs today.
