I sent Mellisa George 1300 to buy a one way ticket to michigan, she calls back and said they wouldn't be able to buy a one way ticket, so she said she would send the money back, I couldn't get in touch with her till 3 days later, Than she said she put the money down on a two way ticket that was not refundable, and needed 1600 more. Said it was her mistake. Do i call law enforcement?
