I purchase discount car wash ticket and the ticket was not honor, no expiration date is on the ticket, Md

Delux car wash issue ticket (coupon) stating buy 2 washes and 3rd wash is on us.

After the 2nd wash ($23.00 each) I went to the car wash and the owner stated that the promotion was over and I could not use the ticket. (Mind you the ticket is puched each time you use it.)

There is no expiration date on the ticket. So I paid the $23.00. I feel he should give me my money back or (I still have the ticket) honor the ticket.
