Called to set up service selected the monthly plan given a confirmation number, when I got the email it showed I purchased the 3 month plan, charged for things we did not discuss, Called the company explained the situation this person tried to charge me to correct the situation and told them to stop everything and cancel the transaction. Logged into my account and it shows no transactions but the charge went through now they claim they have no record of my original plan. What ticked me off after all this I later learned they just get a google voice number that you can do for free.
