Unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account. Rip-off!

This company called me under the pretext that they were giving me a secured credit card through Chase Manhattan bank. The fee was $299.95. My information was not given to them by me, but they were in possession of my information.
I refused the card. They called back numerous times asking many questions and again I refused. An automatic withdrawal was taken out of my account this month for the amount requested.
I am working on getting that back as I write this. These people should be stopped. My bank has not been able to track where the withdrawal came from. I don't know if I can get my money back, but I don't want to see this happen to anyone else.
