Insurance premium was being paid by citgo, the premium was increased, the money was automatic from my bank, citgo charged me $39 for several months for a late charge on a $16.50 premium. They made 23 phone calls to my home in 2 days. I had requested the policy insurance premium be removed from citgo many times.
