They walked me through all the screens with out asking me to confirm my motel stay. Hours later I get an email telling me I have a room booked 15 miles from my destination and my card had been charged. When I called to fix the problem they told me it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. They passed me to another operator with the same result. Then they blocked me from there face book page also.
