Charged my credit card without my knowledge Encino

I found some weird charges on my credit card account and later found out that I had been billed for three months by this company without my knowledge. I had never even heard of the company and have no idea how they got my credit card information or even my name. When I called them they did not want to refund my money and kept pushing the charges off on me saying that "I should talk to my husband" Well I had already done so and I know that he did not make the charges and even so it is my credit card not his!!!

They did not even seem concerned that it was my credit card and there was a decrepency about who used it. They kept saying that they would have to have the CID number but we never have even been to the site before. I personally am extremly offended by the way that I was treated on the phone and the fact that they have access to my credit card information and used it without authorization.
