Phony charges to my credit card Not really sure. They do NOT WANT their address made public Ripoff

Just noticed that my credit card has two charges of $19.95 billed cybernet ventures. This month and the previous. Last month I missed it, but caught it this month. Called to see what this was all about and was told by some girl who ALMOST speaks english that it was my bill for my Adultcheck account. When I told her I did not have an account, nor did I want one, she started explaining what adultcheck was. I told her I knew what the hell it was. What I wanted to know is how I got signed up for it? I had used adultcheck a few times YEARS ago but it was so worthless I lost interest rather quickly (I do not remember their being ANY fees at that time).
To make a long story short, after getting past our language barrier I was told that their computer had developed a glitch and had inadvertently sent out billings to old accounts. I was assured that both my billings would be refunded and 'my account' would be closed. Lets hope so. I do however feel that after reading other accounts of this same scenario there was no 'glitch' as stated. They would be a lot easier to find if they ran an honest business. If you can find their actual street address I would like to see it posted.
