AVS Fraudulent debit card charges, being sued by many. Need Class Action Suit

Evidently among the children applied my bank card to setup an acct. With one of these lowlifes conducting business as Adultcheck, Cybernet, Cybernet AVS, amongst others, in January. There is a preliminary payment that my bank supervisor and that I could'nt explain. There have been no additional costs until 7-8-03 when a $19.95 auto deduct charge appeared on my checking acct.
