33 unauthorized credit card charges

I found unauthorized charges of $24.95 per month dating back to May of '08 or 6 months. When I found the fraud, I called the number given for the company and they wanted my card number in order to cancel. I refused and called the credit card company to issue a new card number. Cybernet Ventures got that number too and continued billing which means they have spywear in my system. I have called my local police dept./fraud division for follow up. I'm not holding my breath.
