Ripoff unauthorized billing to credit card Internet

I noticed a billing from Cybernet Ventures for $19.95 on my credit card statement. I did not know what it was for, so I looked them up on the Internet. On their website, they have contact information for unauthorized billing complaints, so I sent them an e-mail. Then, I found this website telling me how to handle the situation. I immediately called my credit card company and the representative I spoke with set up a conference call with Cybernet Ventures. I asked the woman who answered the phone at Cybernet Ventures exactly what Cybernet Ventures was. I was horrified when she told me they provide "adult content" websites. I am an old lady and I think porn is disgusting. I would never sign up for such a service. Then, I asked her how she got my credit card number. She told me that I "had signed up for their service in July but immediately inactivated the account. Recently, the account was, for some reason, probably due to a 'computer glitch', reactivated." She was perfectly willing to delete the charges from my credit card account, and I insisted that she delete any information she had about me, including my credit card number, from her database, and she told me she had done so. The representative from the credit card company was on the line and heard everything.

I know I did not sign up for this service and I am still concerned about how Cybernet Ventures was able to get my credit card number. They did respond to my email with a message that they knew I had been in contact with them over the phone, and if I needed anything further from them to let them know. That message was followed by an ad for their services!
