Here is where "bait and switch" becomes apparent:

I received a telephone call this P.M. From Raymond Galaviz, Sales & Reservations Coordinator, who explained to me that I am now booked in one of their hotel properties located 1 mile from the original hotel that I had booked (for no reason); when I declined their other hotel property, he refunded my original money.

Sounds like a "bait and switch" establishment to me; please investigate why my hotel reservations made over two months ago was not satisfied.
