Total rip offs and rude

They take your credit card and tell you one thing and then set the hounds out after you. They say they spoke to you and that its all recorded, but when asked to hear the recordings, they never call back with them. They will have a collector call you with all these lies a harass you, but do not question anything because then they will hang up on you. The are the biggest pieces of garbage, especially Ms. Val, who is rude and inconsiderate and lies.

When called out on these lies, she will make excuses and says its your fault and when she is done saying what she needs to say, instead of allowing you to rebuttal, she just hangs up and hides behind her phone. Oh and then she will have customer service call you and try to make excuses like "oh Im sorry ma"am, something happened and the call got dropped" Yea ok, the land line dropped the call just when I called her out on her BS lies.

Do not do business with them or even speak to them on the phone. Immediately hang up. They have drained so much money out of my bank account. I have recently contacted a lawyer and my bank and had them blocked from my account. I still have to deal with them sending me to collections, but Id rather take the hit to my credit then give them another dime of my hard earned money.
