If you receive a call from anyone claiming to have a credit card ready for you and you only have to pay a processing fee - Hang Up immediately! Titan Financial is the biggest bunch of scum and should be brought to court and sentenced for FRAUD. They will debit your checking or credit card and you will receive NOTHING! Do not be a victim - hang up!
