Trane - Trane Heat Pump

I purchased a Trane in 09/05 in 11/07 the heat pump went out and tech came out to fix it had to order part and pay 150.00 labor charge. Now, in 06/08 air cond is not working have gone 2 wks without air sd it was the reversing valve had to order part waited 1 1/2 wk. When they came out different tech put in part and chgd 589.00 for labor because parts are covered by warranty. Guess what! Not working barely blows cold air. Do not purcahse a trane!!!
