McDonalds - Coffee Problem - Coffee

Visited McDonald's Restuarant about 4 months ago to get a large cup of coffee. The Restaurant is located at the followng:

I received my coffee and headed down the highway. Unknown to me the starfoam cup had a small hole in the bottom of it. Well it caused quite a mess in my car and also on my clothing. It leaked on my car floor carpet and all over my clothes. To make a long story short the cup of coffe costed me over $35 dollars with the clean up. I reported it to McDonald's (800-244-6227)... They said someone would get back to me. I never heard a thing from them... Still waiting 4 months. This sure has changed my opinion on McDonalds... I guess when you are a huge corporation WHO CARES someone will always go there. I thought they had better sense.
