McDonalds cold coffee - Premium Coffee

I bought a cup of coffee this morning and when I opened it - it was cold (left over from last night). I left work and went back to McDonalds for a hot cup. After speaking with the manager (a little Mexican women). I said you could at least offer me a hash brown or something for my wasted time and leaving work to return to McDonald's. She said "no" and I asked for my money back. If you're going to hire all foreigners at least teach them how we do business in American. You just lost a customer and my co-workers say they won't go there either.

Disappointed.
