Customer Service has to be a top priortity. Good customer service creates more "customers" this of course is very important to have customers!!! Getting the run around and being told you have to wait 48 hours!!! Good thing it was not life and death! However it was very financially costly. The manner in which the customer service with BOA is grossly lacking only accerbated the situation and brought me to a level of angst and frustration that I should never have been brought to. It is a shame that you train your people like robots and they have the inability to provide service on a human level and need.
