It has come to my notice that a very valuable employee of your business was fired. That employee's name is Lisa Fischer and she works out of Grand Forks, ND and her delivery area is NW Minnesota. As a small business owner in a rural community, it is imperative to have trustworthy delivery persons. Lisa has always been prompt with deliveries. She has been kind, caring, & considerate. She would always be willing to go the extra mile to help with deliveries! We all are entitled to have an accident. Considering the weather we have been having here, I am not surprised that she had a roll-over. - hope that she wasn't injured! I am very disappointed with the action that Fedex has taken concerning Lisa's employment. She is an excellent asset that you HAD as an employee. I hope that UPS or another package delivery service grabs her up as a new employee! My business with Fedex will be very limited from now on!!
