Association fraudulently turned off my property wate

I told President, Deborah Stpierre, of Weber Valley Heights Water Association I was growing Medical Marijuana but couldn't be seen, just to keep an eye out for me, as I was alone on my 5.37 acre property. President, Deborah Stpierre, sent fraudulent info I was selling commercial and September 13. I asked for a meeting and was refused. I did it for a non-profit Human Care Center and did not expect to make much and I didn't. The ballot asked them to check to turn off my water "TEMPORARILY" until I pulled the plants. Attorney sent her letter she was not legal to take my water rights. She ignored it. She refuses to give me member addresses or phone numbers. Told the police it was not HER decision, but members voted. I have and am losing $1,500.in rent as I cannot sell or rent my property to make enough to survive. I am a woman of 69 years of age, alone, on Social Security of $971. I had to make drastic changes to survive. I couldn't pay the $2,000. If I wanted to. I have all documents; ballots; letters; Attorney; Title attorney letter; police letter; etc. I do not have $7,000. To hire an attorney. Help me please!!
