I bought house in Quincy on 8/30. No agencies involved between us. I am buyer. Before closing house, I asked seller about water penetration in basement, He and his wife told lies to me that " No water". After closing house, I got 2 times water in my basement within month. Now I tried to contact seller by emails, he read the emails and he is not at all responding to me. I got couple of email from house builder and association mumber saying that "my seller told them that he had water in this house before i bought."

My Question:
1) what type of action I can take againest on Seller?
2) Since I asked seller about water penetration, seller told me lies. This things I could prove by my niebours and emails which I got from association member and house builder.

Can I use Eamils (from association mumber and builder) for witness in Court?

Please let me know get some help, Then I can proceed.
