I purchased a majic jack plus and lost it so I had to purchase a replacement unit for the full replacement price. When the second unit I purchased arrived we found out that it was defective (according to their own techs). When I called to let them know about this they told me I will need to purchase a new unit. Very unreasonable organization to deal with. Clearly the customer is always wrong and they follow business model "take their money and run". Bad, very bad experience!!
