Majic jack plus drops calls - majic jack plus

Have had Majic Jack Plus for almost full year. Calls are frequently dropped (both incoming and outgoing). MJ is plugged into outlet away from any other power cords and phone I use has DECT 6.0. Dropped calls occur on both base unit and cordless handsets. Other Blogs indicate same issue with some users with no satisfactory solution either from MAJIC JACK Tech Support or owner troubleshooting.
