This gentleman communicated often before you make a transfer for his product. I ordered and IPAD 2 from his website... I asked lots of questions about how the transaction was processed. He generates a tentative FEDEX shipping lable to be delivered within 24 hours with your address, emails you this receipt and requested the transfer of funds. I made a moneygram transfer for 400.00 to a different person, Kimberly Dillon in Jackson Missouri. Viewing my fedex tracking label, to track shipping it states that the shipment was never initiated. Called and emailed Victor Giang and 2 days later, he stated that Fedex was at his business now and would be shipped immediately. Checked the fedex shipping tracking system once again and no shipment was made. At this point I requested why the package was not shipped on numerous occasions and finally he said that there was a problem with my shipment and would call me tomorrow. Since then there has been no contact after dozens on contact attempts... This is a scam and don't take the bait like I did!
