I had booked a flight and had to cancel when I called to cancel I was told to cancel on phone its $80.00 online its 100.00 my ticket was only $137.00. So I cancelled online they then charged me $75.00 to my credit card on top of the $137.00 already paid and said nothing u can do about it. The supervisor told me there was nothing fraudulent about it and that she was thru talking to me. There should be some thing done about this. The reason they wanted me to do it online was so they could charge the $75.00 obviously I would not of authorized it on the phone.
