Alaska airlines charges credit card without consent

I had purchased ticket for $137.00 from alaska air had to cancel due to unforseen circumstances. I called them and was told if you do it on phone its $80.00 if you do it online its $50.00 cancellation fee. So I went online cancelled. The next day in viewing my bank statement I see am charged $75.00 from alaska air. When I called and talked to a superviser she informed me I bought the ticket and there was nothing I could do the $75.00 is a fee they charge to cancel. I told her I was told it was $50.00 if I cancel online and that they were not authorized to charge anything I should have a credit for future ticket she told me nothing you can do we are done. I cannot believe they can charge $75.00 the reason they told me to do it online is if I was on the phone they would of had to disclose they were charging me more instead of issueing a credit. They will now sell my seat and make double off me. Diana
