Pick up a prescription on 8/20 and the cashier checked the debit/scanner that stated "I decline to be counseled by the pharmacy" when I told the cashier that she didn't have my permission or consent to check off the box, because she didn't know if I have a question.

Instead of acknowlegding that she was wrong to do so, she spoke to me in a very nasty tone "well, what is your question?" There was a pharmacist sitting close by who witnessed what occured. I immediately told the cashier that I didn't want her to answer my question and asked the pharmacist. I also explained to the pharmacist what the cashier did. The cashier returned and was very confrontational and stated again " I asked you if you had a question" I told the cashier I wasn't speaking to her. She replied "well, your talking about me, so I'm talking to you" I then asked the cashier her name and she replied "Sasha" I told her I was going to make a complaint. Meanwhile there was a line of customers standing there while Sasha shouted as I walked away. "go ahead and make a complaint" I walked to the front of the store and asked to speak to a manager who told me that Rite Aid pharmacy is a separate entity from Rite Aid store and that Sasha supervisor was on site. Enraged I went back to the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist if she was the supervisor of Sasha. She told me that she was. At that point, I asked her why she didn't introduce herself to me and intervene while she watched as Sasha verbally assaulted me. She claimed that when I left, she spoke to Sasha. I asked for her full name to make a complaint against her (Marlene Chang) and Sasha. Ms. Chang gave me her name then proceeded to type on her computer as though she was not interested in what I had to say or even cared. I left the store and wrote a formal complain to Rite Aid headquarters. On 8/24 Marlene Chang called my home and left a message stating that she was responding to a complaint that I posted online and wanted to say she was sorry and that she hope I continue to shop at Rite Aid. This added insult to injury because she never asked to speak to me directly and my complaint was about the poor service I received not to mention that she never addressed the fact that this cashier was never reprimanded about checking off the box on the debit/credit scanner. I immediately called the Rite Aid store and asked for the name of her supervisor who Marlene Chang stated she would have him call me back. I gave her my number to reach me during the day. As of this writing I have not heard from her supervisor.
