This company is a total rip off!

My daughter found the pro dress that she just had to have on Missesdressy.com. I was enticed by the" free shipping" charges because the dress was 398 dollars! The web site offers this great video about taking the proper measurements to make sure that you order the right size. We watched, we measured, we watched again, we measured again, we ordered. The dress is huge! Here is the kicker, now we have to send the dress back and pay 40 DOLLARS to have the correct size sent! I know that it will not cost them that much to send the dress to me. I explained to he person that I spoke to that that was a huge rip off. She tried to talk over me, telling me over and over to read the policy on the website. I did read he web site and followed the measuring "for proper ordering" procedures to a tee. Missesdressy is a rip off. They are charging 40 dollars o send a dress that is only costing them 7 dollars!
