Will not make correct dress will not help fix the problem internet

For about a year I have been looking at a certain wedding dress. When it came time to get the dress and went online to get the dress and the first website was 100weddingdress.com that comes out of china or somewhere. They were advertsing that they could get me my dress for $288! So I went on the site and gave them my measurements and she emailed the confirmation. With that response she did ask me to send a pic of the dress??! Which I thought was some what weird but I looked passed it really fast. A month and a half later I got my dress. LIttle did I know this company took a picture of a dress and just tried to wing what it looks like.

I put it on and it DID NOT FIT! All the measurments were way off! Im not a smaller size but that shouldn't matter. When I put it on, the right bra cup was in the middle of my chest, the two speghetti straps were awful! One was too small and the other was way too big.
