Ordered diamond band ring on this date have not received called, emailed, sent letters no response. Have done business with them 5 years no problems until summer of 2011. Rep told me lost much of the jewelry making dept. No replacements in near future.cc co couldn't reverse on this order for me but did 4 others. Unwary customers if you have been waiting more than 2 mos for your order call your CC co ASAP to file a dispute. They float on orders they are still taking on web site grabbing payment same day as order is taken. Forget calling cust service they are powerless. Contact atty gen ofc they will send you a letter confirming your complaint. If they get enough of them they will look into this horrendous company.
